I love the king bed and the city view.

The door in room 410 is disturbing me. The slamming of doors and strong winds are quite distracting.

Big, clean room with large king bed! Large refrigerator and freezer. Plenty of space to store clothes for two people... full on closet and drawers. Small balcony and flat screen tv. The staff is very kind and helpful. Nothing is in the room except 2 bottles of water and 2 glasses. They were able to give me a coffee mug, bowls, spoons, a kettle... Extra pillows, extra hangers... They were very accommodating. The room and bathroom are very clean.

Only water and glasses in the room, but they were able to provide a kettle and everything else I mentioned. You just need to ask. The shower curtain rod fell when showering, so I just put out on the balcony. Feels cleaner without a shower curtain.

The room is spacious and the area is quiet

It’s a far walk from everything. The place is super noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and people slam their doors non-stop all night long. It’s impossible to get sleep there. Also, there’s NO WiFi. As in none! They pretend there’s a network you can connect to and they even put it on your card. but, it doesn’t exist. They know it doesn’t exist and still let you walk all the way downstairs to tell you there’s an open network to connect to. But, when you go upstairs to connect it doesn’t work. So, you have to do that stupid dance that you do in Thailand where they don’t like to tell you what’s going and you have to decipher and uncover the mystery. It’s super irritating and this place just doesn’t merit that much baloney.

This hotel is so clean. Friendly reception and they let me borrow their kettle. Quiet area only a 20baht bike ride to the MRT.

I like everything It's perfect

We stayed here 4 times in the space of a year, and kept coming back because it was super quiet, extremely clean, the rooms were big and airy (stayed in 4 different rooms during our stay, and they were all consistent). Location was brilliant because you're only a 30 minute metro ride into the heart of Bangkok - the nearest metro stop is about a 20 min walk through residential neighbourhood that had plenty of shops and amenities. Just around the corner from the hotel is a 7-11 and a little further along is a Starbucks - ideal for getting basic food and drinks for yourself if you're having a quiet day in. The staff, although they don't speak fluent English, are always welcoming and friendly, and always trying to make the stay as comfortable as possible, even with a language barrier. Security is great too; a key fob is provided for each room to access the lobby downstairs. The beds are super king size (very very big!), plump pillows, a proper duvet with freshly cleaned and pressed cotton sheets - the mattress may be a little hard for some, but was still very comfortable. Each room has a balcony and each bathroom is supplied with soap and shampoo dispensers, and the hot shower is always reliable. Walls are really solid and you can't hear any other guests, so its a very quiet hotel to stay in. Daily cleaning is available as long as you give your key into reception before midday. Overall we loved staying here, and have a great piece of mind knowing that we'll be getting a peaceful, quiet rest next time we visit Bangkok! Although not a regular occurrence, when staying in rooms on the left side of the building (next to the TukTuk repair shop), sometimes the local dogs bark during the night, which can be a little loud, but we were able to change rooms and didn't have any other problems at all.

The location was not the best, 10 min from MRT station A little bit pricey

One of the best values in Bangkok. If you want a nice, clean, quiet place to stay and you don't want to spend too much, this is your place. 20 minutes walking distance to mrt, or 20 thb in Moto taxi. Plenty food and massage places around the hotel and one mrt stop to Ratchada night market. You also have a local market in huai khwang station.

Budget hotel, Private & Quite surrounding, Comfortable bed, spacious, clean, free parking, near 7-11 & Tesco Express, large cabinet, Flat screen TV with international channels, free two water bottles each day, friendly and helpful staff, easy access. Is consider near to Huai Kwang MRT station, about 15mins for walking distance. Less than 5mins for riding a motorcycle.

1. The room doesn't have enough place to hang our towels. 2. There's not enough hangers, even though I request from the receptionist their don't provide it. 3. The washing machine Filter is DISGUSTING! Yarkk! They never clean their filters at all. 4. Location is quite far from the City & Chatuchak. 5. No Kettle provide, you have ask receptionist to provide hot water. 6. Additional charges if you have extra person to stay overnight, 100bath per night/person.

They were not able to answer my requests via email,I wrote them three times and got no answer, I call them a couple of times for find a way to make an earlier check in for my aunt arriving 7 am from Spain to Bangkok but they didn't offer me any solution. Finally she paid an extra room an just stayed there two hours, after that she was asked to change the room, so she wasn't able to have a rest after the long travel. I think that the hotels joining booking should be able to answer back emails and request.

The location was both a positive and a negative. If you’re looking to visit the main tourist attractions you will have to take a cab to visit them since they’re quite far away. But on the other hand if you wish to experience authentic thai culture in Bangkok you will only have to walk a couple of blocks!

Upon entering the room was very big and clean. Security was very good throughout the building.

Room was not cleaned during our 3 days stay. Water was left hanging on door daily, but no toilet paper was provided even though every other room had been given this. Staff where not interested, or bothered about their guests. The cleaners we saw in the hall way were polite just not the front desk staff.

Place is cheap. Room is quite big. Hotel is next to mini forest so you can hear birds singing in the morning. Not something that is quite common in Bangkok.

We found bugs in our room. You have to give 1000 Baht deposit that I was not aware before I booked. Cleaning is not done every day. Staff is not very welcoming and not very friendly.
